The tribe that issues these terms is also the owner of Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort. Every word about the resort here comes from that owner, so none of it is independent.

Fair use of the pages

Read the ledger, quote short passages, pass the link to friends - all fine for private purposes. Copying whole pages, running scrapers or attempting to overload the server is not.

Age limit

Visitors should be at least 18, rising to 21 in places whose law sets that bar.

Accuracy and outside businesses

We check facts carefully, yet hotels change things without warning. We carry no liability for other companies' websites, for moving room prices, resort or service charges, sold-out dates, or the conditions set by any booking platform. Confirm the details with whoever takes your money.
